You might remember a recipe on the blog for easy cookies a couple of months back. I've been making these cookies since, they take about 15 minutes from start to finish and are just really delicious.
I made a chocolate version of this recipe a little while ago, and due to the fact that I didn't realise that I didn't have any eggs on hand until after I'd started, and I'd already used a sunflower spread in the cookies, these ended up being a vegan recipe and to be honest, they're even better than the original!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegan spread/butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp self raising flour
3 tbsp medium oatmeal
1 tbsp cocoa powder

oh yum, I HAVE to try these! Should also make the nettle tea for my plantlets. I've heard it has a vile stench, but if it's a treat for the plants I'll just have at stick a peg on my nose!
lovely blog.

Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. These cookies look delicious, I may have to give them a go, though I shouldn't really, I'll only eat them and that isn't good for my diet. I've just scrolled down and seen the new member of your family, Roxy is a little sweetheart, but I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Bertie. It must have been devastating for you. It makes it even more sad when they're so young. I enjoyed watching the video of him, so cute. I shall now go and explore the rest of your blog, oh, and I noticed you were getting chickens, I shall watch for news on that.
